So, what are we left with? Where are we today when it comes to getting our favorite beverages on the go? A mediocre experience, at best, in which we must partake if we want that same fountain drink that we can take on the go. We are left remembering the days when there were no puddles in the cup holder of your car. No annoying water circles on your desk. Water circles that eventually became small rivers that somehow always ran in the perfect path to mark and destroy any notes or emails you dared to have on your desk.

And the condensation…wretched condensation. Condensation, an energy transfer, the conversion of water from a gas into a liquid is quite possibly “the mosquito” of a cold beverage experience. Each lift of the cup to your mouth is a game of chance; the chance that those horrible condensation droplets of water are going to drip down perfectly in your lap, making it appear that you may have had “an accident." We don’t want to participate in this game but must. We must because we want the prize – a sip of that beverage we paid for. We must because that’s the option we’re served.
